Meet Our 2026 Scholarship Winner, Caitlin Dodd!
At Woodbury Health and Rehab, we love celebrating the incredible young talent in our community. Today, we are thrilled to introduce you to our inspiring 2026 scholarship winner: Caitlin Dodd!
A recent graduate of Cannon County High School, Caitlin is a shining example of what you can achieve with hard work, organization, and a passion for helping others.
If you want to know how Caitlin managed to secure this scholarship, you only have to look at her high school schedule. To say she kept busy is a massive understatement!
Throughout high school, Caitlin’s main hobby and passion was cheerleading. Balancing the demands of practices and game days would be enough for most teenagers, but Caitlin didn't stop there. She also balanced her studies while working two jobs in the community, spending her time assisting others at the Cannon County Senior Center and working with the team at the Woodbury Insurance Agency. With school, cheer, and work taking up almost every hour of her week, Caitlin mastered the art of time management. When she did get a rare free weekend, she stayed grounded by catching up on schoolwork, drafting structured to-do lists to keep her life organized, and prioritizing quality time with her friends and family.
Caitlin's incredible work ethic and her experience working with seniors and local community members have paved a natural path for her future. We are so proud to share that Caitlin will be attending Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) to pursue a degree in Nursing!
When she isn't hitting the books to prepare for her upcoming nursing classes, Caitlin loves checking out new spots, trying new restaurants, and visiting places she has never been before. She also enjoys spending time outdoors to catch some sun and tan, or simply to take in the peace of nature. When she is staying closer to home, she enjoys occasional baking and shopping—even if it's just window-shopping and browsing different stores. Above all, she cherishes every opportunity to spend quality time and make lasting memories with her beloved family and friends.
